ACCELEROMETERS
Electronic E/AA
Traditional Styling & Function… 21st Century TECHNOLOGY
Dial, pointers and reset are identical to the first generation accelerometer
New drive system moves the dynamic pointer smoothly and steadily through the entire range and works the tell-tale pointers with an authority not found on prior QED accelerometers or other competitive products
With no detectable hysteresis, the E/AA is more repeatable than similar cockpit accelerometers on the market today
Designed For Longevity & Performance
The new E/AA digital instrument is easier, less time-consuming & less expensive to manufacture.
With shorter lead times and lower calibration costs, QED/Inc. passes the savings on to its customers
Solid-state sensing and an electrical drive system dramatically improve reliability and maintainability, translating into lower life-cycle costs and improved user confidence in the values displayed
Traditional Mechanical versus Electronic Analog
Designed to completely replace the existing instrument
Envelope design and the materials in the exposed areas are identical to those in the original instrument
Mounting holes are unchanged for easy retrofitting
Two 28 VDC wires plus one ground wire for power differentiate the mechanical accelerometer from the new E/AA
We’ve Passed Every Test
Drive motors tested for more than 3.4 million cycles without one failure, ensuring longevity & reliability
Envelope design and the materials in the exposed areas are identical to those in the original instrument
Mounting holes are unchanged for easy retrofitting
Two 28 VDC wires plus one ground wire for power differentiate the mechanical accelerometer from the new E/AA
